Binding the brokenhearted.

 

I just have some days where I don't understand at all.

I ask God why

and he continues to remind me, that just as his word states

He works all things together for the good of those who love him.

 

We are hurting today.

As a body of believers

As a campus

As a hall

As a close knit group of friends

Individually.

 

We are broken.

We are wholeheartedly trusting in the Lord to bring us peace

and comfort and to bind our broken hearts to the Savior.

 

He is the ultimate healer, and though sometimes his plans don't make sense to us

we know that he will be glorified and he remains in control and able.

 

Please keep our school in your prayers as we face this tragic loss

and try to figure out why things like this happen.

God is so good and has given us such wonderful support and encouragement

and used this to bring us together.

 

And please pray for my close knit group of friends as we come together to support

our dear friend who remains in critical condition since this afternoon.
Our God is able, more than able to heal her, and we are trusting that he do just that.

 

Though we may wonder why he places these things before us.

He will surely equip us to handle whatever could come our way.

And for that we remain thankful.

 

Psalm 147:3

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds"
