Closing Down Camp.

After a fabulous summer of camp fun there came a time to say our goodbyes and head on our way.   The last weeks of camp were ones to remember, and our goodbyes came with many a tear.   We went out with a bang, and this summer surely will never be forgotten.   So blessed by these friends, old and new and the opportunity to serve the Lord as a part of this amazing ministry.   Here's to the countdown until school starts! -Austyn

Splashing Summer.

The Summer has flown by so fast. A week from tomorrow my heart will break, the tears will fall and I will have to say goodbye to another summer of fun and the friends I treasure so greatly.   It has been a tough one. A summer of testing and trials but one of great joy and reward. The Lords presence has been so well known and felt and I cannot believe that just like that 5 weeks are already gone and only one is left. We cannot wait to see what great things the Lord has in store for the last week. off to prepare awards and pack up sweet kiddos.   I tell you what, playing momma for 5 days and then having to pack their stuff and send them on their way, is heart breaking. They become like your own. it's hard to see them go. We love them dearly but we are happy to welcome sleep and a few extra minutes of quiet. Top 17 of 17.

So in honor, of me turning 18 tomorrow.. here are my top 17 moments of year 17. They're in no special order, completely random. :)   17. Moving and coming back to my home church.     Coming back to my home town and being able to worship and be back with the people I love so dear, was quite possibly amazing and a key factor in my 17th year.   16. Touring colleges   touring schools was so much fun and made me feel so grown up. But hilariously, the schools I toured I didn't end up at.   15. Meeting my BFF for the first time.   Oh what a wonderful experience. After 2 years of talking via text and internet. I finally got to hug and see my BFF face to face.   14. My Mika   moving back and having my Mika there to teach me and do life with me. Was amazing. I so love her and am so thankful she was there to support me through my Senior Year.   13.
