Top 17 of 17.

So in honor, of me turning 18 tomorrow..

here are my top 17 moments of year 17.

They're in no special order, completely random. :)

 

17. Moving and coming back to my home church.

 

 

Coming back to my home town and being able to worship and be back with the people I love so dear, was quite possibly amazing and a key factor in my 17th year.

 

16. Touring colleges

 

touring schools was so much fun and made me feel so grown up. But hilariously, the schools I toured I didn't end up at.

 

15. Meeting my BFF for the first time.

 

Oh what a wonderful experience. After 2 years of talking via text and internet. I finally got to hug and see my BFF face to face.

 

14. My Mika

 

moving back and having my Mika there to teach me and do life with me.

Was amazing.

I so love her and am so thankful she was there to support me through my Senior Year.

 

13. IT Christmas Program

 

For so many years the Christmas program at our church was a tradition and when we moved it just never worked out to come home and see it. So this year, getting to go, not once but THREE times was absolutely amazing!

 

12. CFAW

 

College for a  Weekend was absolutely a blast, and helped me pick my school. Where I'm at now. hehe

 

11. Spring Break at the Lake

 

My week at the lake with my girls was absolutely fantastic and so worth making the top list.

 

10. My Job

 

Working with the kiddos at my school was such a touching experience, definitely one im thankful for.

This year and every year.

 

9. New Friends

 

Along with moving my Senior year, new friends made it so much easier to connect and feel in place. I was so blessed to have awesome girls and even guys to do life with and stick out through my Senior year.

 

8. The Bahamas

 

My Graduation Cruise, was by far fabulous.

Definitely lots of memories and I'm forever grateful for the time I had.

 

7. BFF coming to my Graduation

 

Ashton living so far away, is hard enough.

and when she made it work to come to my Graduation

I felt so honored, and it definitely made my year extra special.

 

6. Bubba gets Baptized

 

After 2 years of being saved, my bubba getting baptized was HUGE on the roster of excellence this year.

It will forever make my heart happy.

And I am so proud of him.

 

5. 1st of many summers at AC

 

My summer at Ambassador Camp was incredible beyond words.

So so blessed to have been a part of their program this year, and hopefully every year forever.

Probably my number one event this year, but like I said.. no random order.

 

4. 1st trip back to Jville since moving

 

After 6 years of living there and moving on a whim it was so good to go back months and months later to see old friends and catch up. It felt such like home again.

 

3. Meeting this girl

 

I don't have words to describe how thankful I am God brought this lovely lady into my life at just the right time.

Without her, I'd be a mess. She is by far my favorite, my adopted sister, my camp introducer. Probably most days even my best friend in the realm of things.

I adore her and daily thank God for bringing our paths together. Even if it was 17 years late. It was perfect timing in his plan.

 

2. Graduation

 

Can I get an Amen.

After 13 years of hard work, I was so so so happy to graduate. Definitely a huge top fav this year.

 

1. COLLEGE

 

College is such a blessing.

I love being here.

Ive waited my whole life to get here. and I LOVE it.

Definitely Definitely a top moment in my life. period.

just happened to fall along this year.

 

Well there are my TOP 17 of 17.

Tomorrow is my 18th birthday.

its a little surreal.

Legal.

Hmm

not sure how I feel about that

But im excited.

And im excited to be going home and celebrating with my favorites.
