Hello Summer!

 

although school has been out for about a week now it is

still so fun to look back and think about all the chaos,

and craziness that I survived the last few weeks of school.

 

it was such a wonderful ending to a wonderful year

and I'm forever grateful for the memories made

amidst the absolute insanity we call finals week.

 

So here's a little look back at some fun moments

wrapping up the school year..

last day of classes.

acting crazy with the roomie after cleaning our

room for days on end, until it sparkled.

slipping away with friends to pamper.

signing the lease to MY FIRST PLACE.

having our last prayer group together of the year.

saying goodbye to the best English class ever.

getting brave at the salon, and going

for some bangs!

enjoying our last convo of the year.

and my last required one as a residential student.

slipping away to my fav local coffee shop

to hear a good word and

drink a good chai.

taking my final exam study tools

EVERYWHERE.

enjoying the weekends by doing

anything BUT schoolwork.

and taking this cutie to RP for the first time!

moving out of our little home.

 

and after school was out, I've made a few more memories...

like road tripping home to see this beauty

and watch baby boy's last football game.

having a girls night with this precious

treasure of a friend.

finding notes in my car after daddy took it to the shop.

and coming home to my half decorated, boxes everywhere,

perfect little cozy new home of my own.

 

it was a whirlwind of weeks, and it was at times unbearable

but looking back, it could not have been any more perfect.

 

so now that it's summer, I've spent every day in my cute cozy

apartment #31 until I have to go to work each day.

 

I am SO loving just cooking and cleaning and getting the place all set up

for our first guests this weekend! :)
