Life on IG.

 
Lately, life has been a whirlwhind. As ive said over and over there are many days if not every day i wonder how i survived. The other day i left at 6am for school and got home at 6pm and still had homework and such to get done. Its just non stop fun, chaos, whatever you call it. But instagram keeps me sane some days. I love taking pictures and recording some of the crazyness is fun for me! ;)

Church, I cant even express how good it feels to be back!

on the occasional day i have 5 seconds, i love to drive by our old house that i grew up in and just savor the memories, and pray over it.

Spending many days with this lovely 2nd momma of mine!

and my precious bestie Rachel.

Breakfast with mommy.

Quiet time on the trampoline in absence of furniture in the old house.

catching up with old friends.

riding our new dirt bike.

getting new winshield wipers, its the little things.

digging my face in God's word. and loving Octobers photo challege.

Seeing LEAVES, which means FALL! I love fall!

spending every second i can with this precious baby of mine.

and just enjoying the nights we get to eat dinner as a family and laugh as one.
 
Its been quite the hectic few weeks, but Im still alive. Praise God!

Y'all. its been a while. Holy cow. I was talking with a friend this morning about life and this waiting game of a season that the Lord has me in right now. Waiting for graduation, waiting to know what the rest of my life is going to look like, waiting on contract updates and internship approvals, waiting on interviews, Creation studies to END (forever and ever amen), leases to run out, May to arrive and my next chapter to begin. We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
