Double E.

Every Thursday afternoon/ evening i go to spend time with Double E. {Ethan and Elijah}
I decided to bring my camera and see if i could get some cooperation..




glad the dog loves him, because little Ella surely hated me.

Little Ethan,, he stole my heart. He might be the most precious thing i've ever seen. All 3 years of his raspy voiced, curly cued, crazy little self.

I mean look at him.. the cutest little pudding maker you've ever seen! and he made some GOOD pudding!


After big bro was done with his beloved homework, we tested out the pull up bar..


We had a lovely afternoon! Thanks for being up for fun sweet boys!

And ever so coincidentally today is Elijah's birthdayy! Happy Birthday sweet boy!! I hope you have a fabulous day!!

Y'all. its been a while. Holy cow. I was talking with a friend this morning about life and this waiting game of a season that the Lord has me in right now. We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
