Project 365: {week twenty}

Wow. it's honestly a miracle i've even made 5 seconds to edit these pictures and post them. And for the first time in FOREVER they were ALL taken on my camera! So proud of myself! lol

On Sunday we celebrated Mothers day and went to the ACC championship game.

Monday i decided it was time to conquer my 3 baskets of clothes to fold and put away.

Tuesday was back to filling out job applications for all the yummy places opening up by my house.

Wednesday started the what turned out to be almost 4 days straight of tempermatic downpour.

Thursday after work i went out to Target and did some birthday shopping and returns.

Friday we had pizza for dinner but coincidentally it was National Pizza Day. Who knew!?

And yesterday i got up early before the birthday boy and brought donuts for everyone and his favorite, a blueberry muffin for him. :)

It was quite a boring week but fun none the less. Just ready for summer. Going to school every day to watch movies is getting old FAST.

Y'all. its been a while. Holy cow. I was talking with a friend this morning about life and this waiting game of a season that the Lord has me in right now. Waiting for graduation, waiting to know what the rest of my life is going to look like, waiting on contract updates and internship approvals, waiting on interviews, Creation studies to END (forever and ever amen), leases to run out, May to arrive and my next chapter to begin. We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
