Go Pack.

In our family, we are some hard core Wolfpack Fans.

Every year Mom takes one kid and one of her best friends brings one of her sons and they go to the game. Two years ago was me and Jake, Then last year Landon and Will. and this year Wilson and Jed.
He was SO hyped he couldn't stand himself.

They played the Clemson Tigers.
The campus is SO gorgeous.

They had so much fun tailgating and touring before the game.



And they brought home QUITE the collection of cups. yet it bothers me out of the SEA of red cups theres only ONE white one. ughh. I think we counted 200 something cups. plus last years 200 something. We've installed a permanent place for them in the pantry. :)

They had a fabulous time and We WON!!!! :)

Y'all. its been a while. Holy cow. I was talking with a friend this morning about life and this waiting game of a season that the Lord has me in right now. Waiting for graduation, waiting to know what the rest of my life is going to look like, waiting on contract updates and internship approvals, waiting on interviews, Creation studies to END (forever and ever amen), leases to run out, May to arrive and my next chapter to begin. We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
