Halloween 2011

Sorry for my lack of blogging. I had PLENTY of pictures to journal but sadly and much to my despair my computer crashed and i lost everything.

My dad fixed it to where it will let me use the internet but all my pictures and documents are still gone. Wahh.

We had a really relaxed Halloween. When we got home from school we cleaned up the house made dinner got ready slowly and set out to pass out candy and enjoy our night.
The boys went trick or treating with our neighbor while me and mom stayed home to pass out candy and Landon and her friends went to "trick or treat" or in my opinion walk and talk.

Stephen was a sweet little astronaut. :)


before our old neighbors came to hang out and my friend Jared came over me and Zoe passed out candy to all the little kids. and they all looked too cute!!


our sweet neighbors who moved yesterday! BOO came over and trick or treated us. Cutest hotdog and hamburger i've ever seen! We love y'all T fam!!

Sweet Lucas was all smiles when i gave him a Reses to chomp on. :)
Im the babysitter,, it's alright to spoil himm. :)

Landon had her friend Zoe and her friend Josh over. they all acted like crazy middle schoolers. and at the end of the night me and Jared took them to the haunted hallway at my school.


I would say by far it was one of the best Halloweens i've ever had.

I HATE halloween. i hate its morals and i hate everything about it but i have to admit seeing the kiddos all dressed up and getting an extra night to hang with the people i love the most and my friends is lovely! :)

We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
