Who told her she could turn 14 this week!?
She is turning into such a grown lady. It's quite sad. I remember jumping around on the cushions when we were toddlers and her knocking her tooth out. Or sitting in my moms bathroom late at night doing each others hair in a million rubber bands. And now she is always with her friends and im not cool. lol. She's 100% goofball, she loves to have a good time, she is smart. She's gonna be a wonderful woman one day. I know God has great plans for her life and no matter where life takes her, she's got HIM. I love you sweet blonde girl!

Goodness, slow yourself down please!

wait, what is this thing called again?   oh right, a blog.   Y'all, its been SO long. my apologies.   Life is insane as always and several times I have sat down at my sweet little desk to write what was on my heart and I just stared at the screen and didn't even have the words.   However, today the Lord showed me something and suddenly all the blur of the last few months came very clearly into focus.     the last few months have been some of the hardest, trying times of my life, yet some of the most incredible moments seeking the Lord and reaping the joy of trusting Him in every circumstance.     2016 has been a train-wreck but when I get to the end of some days and get back on the tracks and see the light peaking through the end of the tunnel, it's like my personal rainbow from the Lord knowing His promises still ring true and He is always there to guide me.   today, I came across...

As a kid, I LOVED school. Every morning I jumped right out of bed and got dressed ready to see all my friends and my teachers and to play on that glorious playground. You know what im talking about. Most kids feel this way.. As you get older the feeling fades very quickly. I can honestly say I adored school until a few months ago. Classes are hard. Your tired. An hour and a half is a long time to listen to a lecture. Grades are very important. Not the same anymore… I’ve always dreamed of being a teacher. And although every person I have EVER talked to has discouraged me. “Don’t you know how much they make?!” “Kids are crazy disrespectful" “It’s babysitting all over again” the list goes on and on.
