A Day in the City..

For weeks i have been anticipating the day that we would go to the "Big City" near us with my church youth group.

After a hours in the car, crazy parking adventures, walks through the middle of town and even more adventures to follow we settled down for lunch right in the center of town. Looking through the windows at the skyscrapers and all the downtown shops.

And what is a fun trip without a fun best friend!?

Our plates were bigger than we'd ever seen. Goodness they didn't want us leaving hungry.

And my little "vegetarian" friend was taken back by her massive burrito.

After some lunch we walked through the streets and explored some shops, like this little organic shop.

It was so cute, the farmers market was quite the hot spot on a Saturday morning.

I was dying to take one of these suckers home. Yum!

After walking through a local art gallery we walked through the allie to find this beautiful masterpiece.

We found some friends to blow kisses at.

And the perfect of photoshoot spots.

We played in the park in the rain.

and goofed off waiting for the rest of the group to head to the movie.

We enjoyed our fun memories that will last forever.

It was a fabulous day and i am so glad i got to take part in such fun times with my dear brothers and sisters in Christ. :)
