Project 365: {Week nine}

It's Sunday again! :)
I dont even know where the time goes these days, taking pictures is few and far in between. This week drug on FOREVER. And although the pictures don't tell i spent hours researching, talking with advisors and searching apartments around the new school i plan to attend, change of career is always fun. More on that later! ;)

On Sunday after spending Saturday night with my bestie i hung out at her house all the live long day after church. It was perfect. I love lazy Sundays!

Monday i went to support a good friend of mine in his last first baseball game. {He's a senior}

On Tuesday after practice i took it easy. Spend some time doing my biblestudy and stayed up till 2am watching Army Wives. the new season comes on TONIGHT! Can you dig it!!

On Wednesday after speaking with a school representative for an hour i walked outside to see why my brother wasnt home from school yet and found him playing with our sweet neighbors outside.

On Thursday after practice mom surprised us with a trip out to dinner. :)

On Friday i sat in the auditorium counting the seconds until 5pm so i could enjoy my Friday evening elsewhere!

And yesterday i went with my youth group to see "The Lorax" in 3d Imax. Cutest movie ever! You HAVE to go see it if you haven't already!!

Y'all. its been a while. Holy cow. I was talking with a friend this morning about life and this waiting game of a season that the Lord has me in right now. Waiting for graduation, waiting to know what the rest of my life is going to look like, waiting on contract updates and internship approvals, waiting on interviews, Creation studies to END (forever and ever amen), leases to run out, May to arrive and my next chapter to begin. We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
