10 months too long..

Life is just so hectic and we have millions of places to be, but 10 months without this girl. was just TOO long! Every few months we send a random "hey miss you" text and this time we both knew that wasn't gonna cut it. So we blocked off our Friday night and made time to squeeze in a hug and some fun!

After a dinner at Cici's and too much laughter and catching up we headed downtown to watch a movie in the park. We were so cute, teenagers with our chairs and cameras and singing to the music.

We waited patiently 40 minutes after it was supposed to start.

and patiently..

but when they said it would be another hour, we exchanged glances, got our chairs and hit the road.

we walked downtown to find pigeons having a party..

pink circles..

creepy doors..

old buildings with dirty glass windows.

when we drove right up to the marina at sunset we parked fast, jumped out and KNEW we just had to stay.

and oh my. how could you NOT stay!?

the breeze, calming water crashing and beautiful sunset were just too relaxing.

our adventures were not to be over yet though!

We headed to our town's Vietnam Veteran's memorial..

we climbed hills and crossed bridges, stopping for self timer pics along the way..

we danced around the fountains and laughed until our belly's hurt.

we're too much fun to handle!

we eached looked for our last names and laughed at what options we had.

and when the time came and taxi drivers scared us on Friday the 13th we decided it was time to take our adventures elsewhere.

Home we went where we created many more shenanigans.. plastic popcorn, scratchy movies, and ukele playing until wee hours of the morning.

Sleeping in late but are still yawning.. Chef Austyn made bacon and choclate chip pancakes, because she's that awesome! We watched more movies and played more ukele and then headed to our next adventures..
