Project 365 {Week five}

Sunday again :)

The more i take pictures the more i realize three things:
- my life is SO so boring
-it's truly obnoxious to carry my camera around places just to get a picture
-idk why you peeps read and look at my lame photos and blog posts.


But since you do...

Sunday me and my monster played cops and robbers outside while everyone else packed their stuff to head home. Such good helpers! ;)

Monday- My bff from school turned 17 and I went to her surprise birthday dinner

Tuesday- Mom cooked Korean food.

Wednesday- i scoped Alabama's website before church.

Thursday- after musical practice mom took me and the boys to eat at our fav. mexican place for dinner! Yum!

Friday- Watched Movies on demand with the spoiled dog.

Saturday- watched a bajillion episodes of Army Wives after putting the kids to bed. Trying to catch up before Season 6 comes on in March!

Well, there you have it. Boor to the ring.

Y'all. its been a while. Holy cow. I was talking with a friend this morning about life and this waiting game of a season that the Lord has me in right now. Waiting for graduation, waiting to know what the rest of my life is going to look like, waiting on contract updates and internship approvals, waiting on interviews, Creation studies to END (forever and ever amen), leases to run out, May to arrive and my next chapter to begin. We are Family.

All my brothers, sister and me.   A week after leaving my sweet family, they came to visit. Guess they missed me ;)   Their 24 hours here flew by but it was such a refresher and so nice after my first week back. And it makes the month before I see them again, not seem so crazy long.   My siblings and dad had never been to the campus, so we enjoyed touring around and even getting some fun filled hours at the Snowflex. The boys LOVED it. And I just loved them being here to do it with me for once. :)   It was the perfect family weekend.   Now back to those books..   Have a great week y'all! -Austyn

Plans for prosperity and hope..

This morning as Stephen and I listened to Bruno Mars' song "Marry you" and talked sweet talks of pure preciousness he drew my future family. As he drew me, blue as i'll ever be. and my sweet husband. and the bunk beds, treehouses and basements. the staircase leading to the sky and my huge house that really isnt needed.   he also drew two black kids. My Ethiopian babies! Oh how i dream of adopting from Ethiopia. And how precious that he drew them not even knowing i did want to adopt. Seriously, how precious are those little Ethiopian prince/ princess (s). Only two because "i dont want you to work too hard" Be still my heart.   -Austyn :)
